Due to the nature of our products, we
must specify here that besides what the
manufacturers warranty covers, all sales
are final. Absolutely no
"check it out orders" will be allowed.
Return of Merchandise Guarantee:
Call Customer Service Toll Free @ 1-877-945-2883
to obtain your
Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Number. Returns received without and RMA#
will not be accepted and no credit shall
be issued.
Buyer is
responsible for returning the goods to
Albeck Medical for any warranty services
approved with a RMA#. If the product is
a factory defective within warranty
period, our return department will
include reimbursements and cover your
returning shipping fees when returning
the repaired/replaced item back to you.
If the product is returned with false
claim (our technician declared the item
not a factory defective, see below),
buyer will be responsible for all
shipping costs and processing fees.
Damaged
on Arrival: Inspect all
shipments before accepting. If a
package is visibly damaged, refuse to
accept until delivery receipt is marked
"Received in Damaged Condition".
Immediately notify Albeck Medical.
Claims: Claims for damage
should be immediately filed with the
transportation company. In case of
concealed damage is discovered upon
unpacking, have the transportation
company agent make out a report within
48 hours or recovery from the carrier is
lost.
Shortages: Shortage, lost, or
missing merchandise is our
responsibility only after the following
by the customer:
- Do
not sign delivery ticket unless all
packages specified on the Bill of
Lading are accounted for. If
receipt has been signed for total
delivery, carriers assume no
responsibility.

Check your master Packing Slip.
Direct ship items or those on
back-order will be delivered
separately.

Check all packages marked
Miscellaneous merchandise carefully.
Product Warranty: The product
warranty voids if the product is abused,
altered, damaged, not in original brand
new condition and packaging, over the
warranty period, not valid for warranty
and/or without original order receipt.
Warranty does not cover improper
assembly and damages caused by improper
general use will also void all
warranties. Please be careful and find
out all usage information from one of
our staff if you are not sure.
There are no additional warranties other
than the ones listed above, we reserve
the rights to update our warranty /
return policy without prior notice.
